EMBODIED TANTRA WITH MARRY

The Embodied Tantra comes back in a weekly class format !

There are barely any words that can describe what Tantra does, it is best understood through experiencing and feeling it. Embodied Tantra sessions are experiential spaces where we bring the teachings of Tantra into the body.

Marry inspires people to find and live their authentic sexual Self. Trauma-informed and -sensitive, she accompanies them on their journey to sensual self-exploration and supports them in awakening and using their own sexual energy. She is not afraid to break social taboos through sex education and empowerment.

As a sex educator, Tantra facilitator, and sex therapist to be, Marry uses her knowledge and passion to create safer spaces for (erotic) intimacy.

Every class, we come into conscious connection, to ourselves and others. Together we will explore the power of slowness, finding different ways to connect and making space to feel what comes up when we dive into deeper connections.

*Even though in Tantra we work a lot with sexual energy, the Embodied Tantra sessions are non-sexual and fully dressed.

The experience is open for everyone. All genders, sexualities, relationship statuses.

March 1st: Conscious Connection

In this Embodied Tantra session, we will explore the art of deepening our connections with ourselves and others. In a world that often values speed and efficiency, we will embrace slowness. We will practice being fully present with each other, exploring how our presence and attention can create a healing space for others and ourselves, as we tap into the power of intentionality. This will help you cultivate deeper, more fulfilling connections in your life.

March 8th: Returning To Softness

In this Embodied Tantra session, we are opening a gentle space that invites you to reconnect with the tender and vulnerable parts of yourself. We will explore softness with sensuality as a tool for self-awareness and transformation, and cultivate a deeper sense of gratitude and appreciation for our bodies and our experiences.

March 16th: Body Connection

Science is slowly catching up with the fact that our minds and bodies are connected. Our emotions are mirrored in our bodies. And yet, we live in a fast-paced, mind focussed world that doesn't make it easy to actually feel your body. In this Embodied Tantra session, we will explore the connection between minds and bodies as well as developing a deeper awareness of our bodies. The body is our vessel, let's learn how to use it. (This session includes very basic and gentle touch with other participants such as putting a hand on the body.)

March 22nd: Bossy Desires

How confident are you to feel in your body what you want, find words for that, communicate it and redirect until it fulfills e x a c t l y what you desired? This what we will be diving into during this Embodied Tantra session, based on enthusiastic consent and sensuality. We are making room to p r a c t i c e being bossy about desires until it becomes our personal f*ck yes - so you can integrate this into your daily life as well. (This session includes non-sexual touch.)

April 5th: Exploring Energy and Tantric Breathwork - The Microcosmic Orbit

Tantra recognised thousands of years ago something that modern science only now starts to tap into – everything around and in us is energy. In this Embodied Tantra session, Marry will guide you to get your microcosmic orbit going. This taoist and tantric method is used to unstuck your (sexual) energy and move throughout your body. This will support you in experiencing full body rather than just punctual pleasure during love making. (Even though sexual energy may arise, this session is strictly non-sexual. There is no touch with other participants involved.)
