Gregor Tavares

Hi there, I’m Gregor! I am a Certified Enneagram Coach, Reiki Master Teacher and Tai Chi Instructor

I teach, coach and facilitate classes and retreats integrating the internal transformations with the externalchanges in our lives.

I previously worked in International Trade for over 12 years until facing a serious health issue, which forced me to suddenly quit my MBA corporate job, martial arts practice, all at once. This intense process led me to shift my path on Earth to a greater calling and also invite others to align with theirown true self.

Coming from a multicultural background, being half Portuguese, half Japanese, born and raised in Brazil, I also lived in New Zealand, US, Panama and China. Developing a wide and encompassing world-view through many healing modalities and spiritual traditions, I event ually decided to come at peace with my personality and choose practical ways to share my multidimensionality with others.

Being one of the founders of the Shanghai Men's Circle, I have received several international Reiki certifications including the Jikiden Reiki Institute in Japan and I hold an ACC credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am currently based in Lisbon with his wife and their daughter.
