Join us in a one time journey of Hatha Yoga with Noam & Sound Healing with Yuli.

Noam will start with a slow and meditative flow of asanas, breath work and relaxation, as we prepare the mind & body for sound vibrations. Using her ethereal voice alongside singing bowls, Guitar, and drums, Yuli crafts a space for relaxation and connection to the present moment.

Noam Tokman - A seeker of eastern philosophies, Noam has been teaching Yoga & Meditation since 2013, is the founder of Office Yoga, and a music/wellness events organizer based in Lisbon. 

Yuli Shafriri - A singer, composer, sound healer, and a voice workshop facilitator for the last 6 years. With her soft hypnotic voice and her immersive melodies holds space to rest in the moment and connect to the resonance of light and prayer.
