Seasonal Eating | Vegan Cooking Class with Lindsay

In this class, you'll learn how to create flavorful dishes that are not only good for your body - providing the appropriate nutrients this time of year - but are also good for the environment.
In March, for example, pumpkin, kale, spinach, onions, broccoli, or cauliflower are a few vegetables we may find at our local farmers market.
Using the season’s freshest produce, we’ll prepare a delicious salad and roasted seasonal vegetable flatbread. Lindsay will walk you through:
-Selecting and prepping your vegetable toppings
-Creating a gluten free, grain free flatbread dough
-Preparing a vegan pesto and vegan parmesan cheese
You'll leave the class with new skills, knowledge, and a few recipes to create amazing meals at home.
