Aude Varenne
Throughout her fashion journey as a designer of her own brand, Aude has experienced a big amount of stress and tension in her daily life as an entrepreneur. She then tried different natural, energetic and holistic methods to relieve her woes, in vain… until she discovered Kundalini Yoga, by chance, during a trip to Bali. Aude then saw it as a revelation: she had finally found the key to live peacefully, with awareness and confidence. This event marks a real turning point in her life. Aude intensifies her practice, then quits her life in fashion to train in the teachings of Kundalini Yoga. She trained in this ancestral sacred practice with Guru Jagat and Harijiwan at RAMA Mallorca, with the School of Karam Kriya and also completed a level II program with Guru Dharam and Siri Sat in Paris. Aude also teaches Yin Yoga. She trained with the acclaimed yoga master Paul Grilley and his in-depth training program, profoundly logical and illuminating approach to the practice of yoga asana. The association of this gentle practice with Kundalini yoga is particularly interesting. Always in search for alignment and complementarity, she is also initiated in Reiki. Graduated from the International Center for Reiki Training in level I and II. Passionate about music, she ends all her classes with very relaxing and regenerating Gong Baths. She learned the art of Gong with Miguel Lourenco, student of Grand Master Gong Baba Don Conreaux.
Chiara de Lucia
Spiritual Mentor, Meditation Teacher, Cacao Ceremonialist. She is devoted to pioneering a new way of being, which has led her to teachings of ancient technologies and philosophies such as Tibetan Buddhism, Vipasana Meditation, Kundalini Yoga, Tantric Hatha Yoga, Shamanism, and Quantum Healing Arts, which have provided her the foundation and methodology to hold safe spaces for profound transformation. She guides her clients privately and in group trainings to reconnect with their true selves and inner source.
Maria Giulia Alvigni
Maria Giulia explored Asia for years learning and sharing Art of Yoga before landing on Ibiza. Her practice is aimed to re-connect to the True Self and liberate it from limitations and conditions. She finds realignment through intuitive bodily movement and raw voice expression.
