We are all energy. Our body, mind and soul live in perfect harmony when we are able to align each of them.
Our body tells us a message when we get sick or carries in its DNA traumas from previous generations.
Our mind tries to understand and control as much as possible and our soul, oh our soul! It makes us all that we are, reminding us who we are and what we came here for. When we are able to understand that and embraces every part of ourselves, we are able to feel the oneness we all are.
Accessing our soul or listening to our intuition is not something we were formally educated or trained to do, but by getting more awareness of our sensitivity and through practice, we can definitely be closer to our soul purpose. And that is why every energy matters: what we think, say, feel, hear, do, eat, drink, every choice we make.
