About the facilitator
Livy’s interest in dream states has lead her to explore cultural, scientific, and spiritual perspectives on dreamwork.
Along with tracking how sleep hygiene, nutrition, exercise, environment and rituals support wakeful and dreaming states. She facilitates workshops and holds private sessions to help people tap into the space we all go for a third of our lives - our dreams.
As both a dreamworker and digital creative, her curiosity led her to initiate a Creative Video Lab, Cinepluto, telling stories from and around Southeast Asia.
Since the pandemic in 2020, she started live-streaming dream interpretation and received a myriad of dreams and collaborations, which inspired her to go deeper into learning how to bridge dream and waking worlds.
