Love is the ultimate healing force.
In this DMT breathwork, we will concentrate on your heart—the center of your deep connections with others, your sense of caring and compassion, and your feelings of self-love, generosity, kindness, and respect.
When the heart chakra is open and energy is flowing freely, you become not only loving to others but also to yourself.
This session allows you to heal what you need to heal and discover the fundamental truth weaving through life, creating new connections that bind everything together.
To open up to love is to reach the deepest places and connect with our true essence, our spirit, and our soul.
Zhenya will take time to describe the process before the journey starts and to answer questions in a circle after the session ends to integrate and ground the participants.
What to bring:
Comfortable clothes. It is good to have layers you can take off. It is common to feel hot when the body is activated and then getting cold after the process is over.

Zhenya Lunekova started her healing journey six years ago, through self development trainings, fire walking and psychotherapy. She then undertook a powerful healing journey with plant medicine, doing ceremonies on a monthly basis for over five consecutive years. Each time diving deeper into her own consciousness in order to heal past traumas and generational patterns. Her intention was also to understand more about people and psychological dynamics so she could find the tools to assist them in her work today.
A year ago she completed her last module of the Awareness Facilitator School which combines modern psychotherapy, somatic approach and ancient wisdom.
Since then started to work professionally dedicating her life to people, helping them to overcome traumas and restore a joy of life, as well as assisting several retreats over the year.
