Join us for a hands-on and interactive cooking class focused on gut health!

In this class, you'll learn how to make delicious fermented foods rich in probiotics that will promote a healthy digestive system.

Kimchi, a spicy and tangy Korean staple, is full of beneficial bacteria and is a great way to add some flavor and heat to your meals. You'll learn how to make this classic dish using fresh ingredients like napa cabbage, radish, garlic, and ginger.

Next, you'll learn how to make creamy and tangy Coconut Yogurt, a dairy-free alternative using just two ingredients: coconut milk and probiotic capsules.

At the end of the class, we'll put our fermented foods to use in a delicious Kimchi and Vegetable Fried Rice, loaded with prebiotic-rich vegetables, protein, and fiber. And for dessert, we'll use our homemade Coconut Yogurt to make a healthy, plant-based coconut chia pudding with fresh fruit.
