The start of the year can be a wonderful and magical time, but it can also be stressful. Time flies by as all the projects that need to be initiated keep demanding your attention. When pressure and stress keep knocking on the door of our soul, we can become so overwhelmed that it becomes easy to lose the connection with ourselves.

During this workshop you will learn the meaning of intuition according to the ancient yogic tradition, as well as practical exercises that will help you to tap into the power of your inner wisdom. We will end the day with a full Kundalini practice that will unlock the power of the pituitary gland, our intuitive center.

This blend of theory and hands-on experience offers a well-rounded approach to personal growth and self-discovery.

Every participant will get a copy of the exercises to practice at home and a crystal elixir to aid in the awakening of one’s intuition.

The Facilitator

Born and raised in a yoga and eastern studies center, Daya has a background in different styles of yoga, meditation, and spiritual practices. Formally started her Vedic studies in 2013, and today she has over 800hrs of trainings, including Kundalini Yoga, level I and II, and 7 years of experience guiding classes and workshops in Europe and South America.

She likes saying yoga philosophy is part of her, which is reflected in her work, always aiming to bring it to her teaching, with a mindful but dynamic, creative, and nurturing approach. Her intention is to hold space for people to learn more about themselves through the combination of different techniques, ancient and modern.
